DESCRIPTION: VIDEO TUTORIAL INCLUDED on Youtube. Complete the number of reps shown for each exercise, move to the next exercise immediately and complete the reps, do this with each exercise until you have made it through all 6 exercises, take a short 30 – 60 second break if needed then complete another round, break if needed, then one more round. 6 exercises, 3 rounds total!
This stroller workout can be done at home, inside or outside, on a walk or hike, basically anywhere! I did this outside right before going for a walk with my babe, she was actually cooperating pretty well (which you know almost never happens) 😅 but it was so much fun and I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!
